Refund policy

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@kamaliheels.com.

All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • All products must be unworn, undamaged and unused.
  • All products must be returned with the original box and dust bag, placed in a protective box before shipping
  • Shipping costs for returns are not covered by KAMALI.
  • Save the link of your tracking code as proof of shipment.

If you don’t like your new purchase, you can return the item(s) for a full refund. We will only accept undamaged, unaltered, uncontaminated, unused, unworn products (other than trying on the product(s) and in the same condition it was sold to you). The product must be returned with the original packaging. Please note that all responsible return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received and approved your return, it will take 7 to 10 business days to process your refund.

Exchange
Direct exchange of an item is unfortunately not possible. We will return a product for defect if it has not lived up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy depends on the reason for the failure. We will not return a product if it is not covered by our warranty policy or if the product has been damaged while being used in a way for which it was not intended. The intent of use is at the discretion of KAMALI and will be judged in a reasonable manner. If you have received an item that is defective, or the wrong item in your delivery, we will help you rectify it as soon as possible.
