Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns for any reason and refund. Orders can be returned within 14 days and we will issue a refund. To return the item, please complete the return form and return it to the appropriate address.

  • All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • All products must be unworn, undamaged and unused.
  • All products must be returned with the original box and dust bag, placed in a protective box before shipping
  • Shipping costs for returns are not covered by KAMALI.
  • Save the link of your tracking code as proof of shipment.

If you don’t like your new purchase, you can return the item(s) for a full refund. We will only accept undamaged, unaltered, uncontaminated, unused, unworn products (other than trying on the product(s) and in the same condition it was sold to you). The product must be returned with the original packaging. Please note that all responsible return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received and approved your return, it will take 7 to 10 business days to process your refund.

exchange

Direct exchange of an item is unfortunately not possible. If you want to exchange your order for a different size or item, we recommend that you return the item you do not want to keep and place a new order with the desired item.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Defective Items

We will return a product for defect if it has not lived up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy depends on the reason for the failure. We will not return a product if it is not covered by our warranty policy or if the product has been damaged while being used in a way for which it was not intended. The intent of use is at the discretion of KAMALI and will be judged in a reasonable manner. If you have received an item that is defective, or the wrong item in your delivery, we will help you rectify it as soon as possible. Send an email to info@kamaliheels.com with the image of the item showing the defect, a description of the defect and your order details.
